You are on fire!! I haven't heard You're never alone with a schizophrenic for about 30 years.Did I ever tell you the story of going to see Mott the Hoople at the Cambridge corn exchange when I was around 16 and the support group was Queen? I stole a poster from the gig and I had that on my bedroom wall for the longest time.
Whoa! That would have been an awesome gig (and poster). I would imagine the poster has been discarded, but did you at least get a photo of it? My first Ian Hunter shows (3x) were in support of the Never Alone...album, when I was in high school. The first was at Cobo opening for the Kinks, then Ian Hunter headlining back to back nights at Royal Oak Music Theatre. Ronno playing lead guitar of course.
Cambridge is a county town surrounded by farmland. It just happens to have some of the oldest finest colleges in the world there.Checkout Wikipedia, the Cambridge corn exchange has a page. The place was horrible for sound,we used to say if you missed the concert last week go this, its still ringing around the building. They re vamped the place and it became better, but I can still remember going to see Iron Maiden when the New wave of british heavy metal was in,and they nearly blew my ears off! The Mott concert I can barely remember now,I know I got served at the Red Cow pub across the road and I was pretty mullahed all night.I distinctly being impressed with Queen and I bought the first album soon after. The poster sadly, has long gone.

Oh I can't let this go by without a comment...Corn Exchange? I didn't think Cambridge was a farm town. Or is that just where the county fair is held?
